Customers will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking information.

Please note we cannot be responsible for carrier delays; delivery time is an estimate, not a guarantee.

Please contact the chosen carrier if you experience any delay with your shipped order. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. These issues have to be dealt with directly through the shipping company.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the customer.

Made To Order Policy

We work closely with independent designers, some of whom craft their pieces in small batches or made-to-order, allowing us to minimize waste and support more sustainable production practices. Made-to-order pieces are handcrafted and typically ship within 3–6 weeks. These pieces may ship from Canada, Europe or the US, depending on where the designer is based.
